League Officers
Annually, the regular membership of Ocala Little League meets to elect a dedicated Board of Directors, responsible for the management of the league. The board members, consisting of officers and additional representatives, are elected to uphold the values and goals of our league.
Board of Directors Responsibilities:
- Manage the property and affairs of Ocala Little League.
- Immediate performance of duties upon election, serving until successors are duly elected.
- Board membership includes officers, player agent, and representatives such as managers and volunteer umpires.
- The board may appoint standing and special committees, and delegate powers deemed advisable.
- Adoption of rules and regulations for meeting conduct and league management.
- Power to discipline, suspend, or remove any director, officer, or committee member by a two-thirds vote of those present at any regular or special meeting, subject to the provisions of the constitution.
